Ordered dvd player recorder they hadn't got one in the shop so they got one ordered from one of their other shops i was kept informed of when it would be in for collection i was also offered a good deal on protection cover for 6years but if i didn't claim within the 6years i got my money back the assistants in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable there is a pay and display carpark right next door and they will pay for your 1st hr which is 2-00 that's why they have got 5
