        The 970 wasn't our first hottub but this was our first dealings with Hydropool Cheltenham and everything went perfectly. The service we received was excellent, all of our questions were answered and everyone we dealt with was really friendly and happy to help. We were kept informed throughout from the day we ordered to the day it was delivered.

        These people are awesome. Have no idea how to look at a swimming pool but after 20 minutes I got a crash course plus helpful information sheets. This is my goto place for pool chemicals from now on. Thanks guys. Jeff

        We bought a 12 ft swim spa in 2020, the Team at Hydropool were fantastic and answered all of our questions and queries. They organised people to lay the concrete base and arranged everything for the delivery and set up. 18 months on we still love our pool and the service we continue to receive has been 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub or a swim spa.
