Told me to wear them in and bring them back for a full service before the wedding. They looked fantastic after the service, great idea to wear them in. Sadly I danced around on my toes with the kids and took part in the limbo festivities. Leaving holes in both my wedding suit and my Loakes. Went back to the shop (this is the Cheltenham branch by the way). Asked how much to fix, "it's all part of the service" was the reply and they did their best and they again came out fantastic!
