Superb service from James yesterday evening and similar time previous Saturday. He assisted me with oil and air for tyres. Management should praise him! Thank you so much for his help! Update: Conversed with the fore-mentioned person yesterday evening. Why did you ignore my request to praise him?

'24 hour' M&S randomly closed, attendant on duty but sign says only open for petrol and kiosk. Drove all the way, excellent service on the times I visited before. And in addition M&S stopped stocking the product I was after. Best to avoid, not reliable, wont be coming here again.

Door not open 6:05. Knocked on window ignored by staff behind till who decided to walk to door then back to till. Knocked window again explained time. Was told him and the manager "didn't think there was any point opening as one till wasn't working and half the pumps weren't on. So I was ignored and told half the tills work and half the pumps work, and a shop full of milk sandwiches hot food and coffee is not worth opening. Should be outside explaining to customers why doors aren't open on time, instead ignorant staff couldn't even apologise let alone offer me a coffee on the house. In 200 coffee + I've been offered a coffee card once.. shame really between my vehicles I spend thousands in this bp every year, its my local shop and favorite place for coffee but it has to do what it says on the tin otherwise I'll take my money elsewhere
