        Terrible. Very rude receptionist when I finally got through to explain I had been trying for months to get appointment. Finally got one for a month later. Now I cannot get them to answer the phone to make a requested follow up appointment

        I unfortunately this practice lacks compassion and communication skills from receptionist to the GP.

        Absolutely dreadful service. Tried numerous times throughout the day to make an online appointment to no avail so eventually rang the surgery to be told no appointments available and to try again on Tuesday when more appointments will be released and available to book online. So basically a bun fight to see who can get in first on Tuesday morning. I dont require an urgent appointment but I could do without the stress of keep checking online for an appointment and if I dont succeed the same rigmarole on Wednesday. Whilst I did not like the e-consult I must admit the few times I completed one I had an excellent service - a great pity the scheme was scrapped
