        Great service over many years, several EVs, and have recommended friends here too. Today, by accident, we left our charger cable at the garage where they had kindly [and at no charge] added some charge to our car. The boss called us and explained the error, he apologised, he is arranging to have the cable to delivered back to us. Thanks go to Matt and colleagues!

        I can highly recommend this company, excellent job from start to finish. Paul arrived on time to install front and rear dash cams in both our cars. Having taken the time to go through all the options he set to work. His attention to detail was amazing and the end result is fantastic. Very neat job. It's obvious these guys really know their stuff and go out of their way to ensure things are done properly. It's a bonus they are able to come to you and the cost is very reasonable.         Electrical diagnostics of 12v battery not charging. (12v Battery replaced) The vehicle charger was in good health, but not the problem. After 6 hours of diagnostics, plus VAT, the culprit was a broken CAN wire that had corroded and detached. No comms, so no charging!! Was quoted by main dealer to have a new charger installed and there was nothing wrong with it. (I was convinced at the time) Cleevely team beevered away to find the broken wire, fixed it without any parts being required and the car is back to normal. (Well actually much better now as the traction battery isn't trying to charge a flat 12v! Thus I'm getting about 0.5 miles per kWh improved range) I live 146 miles away and had the car transported there in frustration of standard poor service from main dealer. Was worth the extra cost. This is a busy company, please allow for a longer turn around if your car has a complex problem. (..and Bank Holidays!) My regards to all at CleevelyEV. Job well done. Services: Battery, Electrical, Electrical repair
