All the staff there were amazing, especially Rosalind the receptionist who gave a very warm welcome and ran you through all the information you needed. Very streamlined process, I had an MRI scan and the waiting times were little to none.

Been to Colbalt Unit today for my wife to have a PET Scan. From start to finish the unit and Staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, compassionate very polite and helpful.I listened to an elderly Lady coming in to check in her Husband for an X-ray however the poor ladys husband wasnt booked in there, however the Reception staff made a big effort to help and they made a few phone calls and found out it was Cheltenham Hospital much to the Ladies relief. Such a nice and caring thing to do. My wife came out from her scan praising the staff and settings very impressed and the whole process was explained very efficiently from start to finish. Thank you for all your help.
