        Shocking for lettings, spent 10 months getting our house repaired when we first moved in as they didnt bother even wiping the sides down let alone fixing the falling down ceiling in the living room, the shower above leaking, exposed live wires, taps and toilets not working. Communication with them is also poor as we was being sent half-arsed contractors that had as much beef with them as we did! All-in-all - we dont recommend

        Leaders have left my disabled mum without a working toilet and shower for weeks and have turned off the heating in the building, ignore her phone calls and lie to her face when she goes into branch to request these repairs happen because they ignore her calls.
