I have recently bought a new gas cooker from currys and the service both in the shop and delivery was excellent so much so that I then went and got a new fridge/freezer which again arrived very quickly and the delivery men even changed the doors so they opened the other way

I went there to purchase a smart watch. I've asked the customer service to give me some details about it as I know just a little bit about it and they told me that that no one in the store have any knowledge about smart watches and they told me to go online and do some research... I have ask them if I could try any watch on my wrist to check the size but they told me I can't do it... OK, so there's about 15 people on the shop floor with no knowledge about the one of the most popular tech gadgets in this kind of shop... interesting... Well I'm not so surprised as I have purchased in the past about 10x TV, few PC's , 5xwashing machines, 5fridge freezers and many many more things. Spent there around 20k over less than 5 years and when I have asked the shop manager for 10% discount on my last washing machine purchase, he said "No"... His attitude was quite bad but maybe it's just because of my foreigner accent as he was acting totally different to other British clients... oh well it's time to stop shopping there...
