        Booked my Mum and I in for back-to-back eye tests and had a really positive experience. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the need for my Mum to have cataract surgery and explained all/helped us initiate the process through the NHS. This was one of the first Opticians where they don't do a hard sell on buying their glasses - refreshing. This was our first visit and we would definitely recommend. We will return.

        Completely misdiagnosed my issues. Went to a different local opticians and they were able to sort me out. Waste of money going here

        An unqualified student does the optician work. We booked an appointment for me and my wife. A student came and said she is almost qualified to be optician and she will examine us without any supervisioning. Terrible. We walked out immediately.

        Really good service and such lovely team. Nobody ever picks up the phone though, and I need to pick up my glasses.

        I have been using this branch of Boots Opticians for over 17 years now and theyve always been very professional and helpful. My latest experience was buying new glasses and ordering a new type of contact lens. Assistant Manager Chanel was exceptionally efficient, friendly and helpful in this process - I genuinely felt like she cared and wanted the best options for me. I have never had a bad experience with this place - highly recommend!
