It is no coincidence that Moulton Haus very quickly found me the perfect tenant, who has stayed for over 3 years. During the letting process, they were extremely professional in ensuring that all the legal requirements were met and ensuring all measures were taken to protect me, my property and the tenant. Since then they have continued to offer a professional yet personable service, with swift replies and actions. They have also gone above and beyond to answer some general queries regarding the property market, which has been very helpful in my decision making. I would highly recommend Hugo and his team.

We recently purchased our latest home through Hugo and Moulton Haus, during the search for out next home we dealt with a number of people and estate agents and by far Hugo and the team at Moulton Haus were the best we dealt with. The team were always professional and knowledgeable, they really were simply better than anyone else we dealt with, their approach felt personalised and tailored and we felt at ease. So much of moving house is stressful and it was great to have someone who was always dependable, contactable and professional. I would have no problem in recommending Moulton Haus to anybody and when the time comes for us to move again I know I will be reaching out to Hugo and the team at Moulton Haus.
