        Absolutely shocking experience. Paid good money for the productand got no support from manager in Cheltenham store when a problem with fitting which is tapis fault. Never use them, weve wasted a lot of money.

        Never turned up for appointment. A 1 and half hour time slot waiting around for no one to show is disappointing and shows poor customer service. Fair to say we won't be buying carpets from them!
