        The male staff member who assisted me was helpful. The female manager was rude and unwavering. We do not agree with the policy to not refund us for our purchase. The store did not have the size that I needed, despite it showing on their system as an option, and I had to purchase it elsewhere. What good is a credit note to me at this point?

        SportsDirect and Evri Scammed Me!! I ordered some Nike shoes. Evri delivered the outer packaging mushed into my mail box and called it delivered. Neither SportsDircet or Evri is sorting this and keeps rejecting my claim as there is proof of delivery. Yes there is proof that delivery was attempted but the actual shoe box is missing and already was missing when delivery driver took a picture, which means the driver has taken the parcel. Honestly so disappointed with both companies, Ive shown proof that it is missing and the actual box was never delivered. They have quite literally stolen from me and is doing nothing about it.
