haven't been able to speak to him. Terrible experience again with office staff. Can only contact via email. Could not get an engineer for days when my elderly mothers heating and hot water system broke down although they had serviced the boiler a few months before. Reading through the reviews on different sites, I get the impression they are cherry picking the most lucrative business. Very disappointed. Won't be using again.
