In all honesty, I thought they were okay up until recently. However, they aren't understanding of patients' mental health or neurodiversity and when you ask for help with a referral, they'll tell you "I don't have time". You're my doctor, that's kinda your job.

Reception staff are rude and intimidating. They dont seem to want to help and are not understanding at all. Very upset with multiple encounters Ive had with the reception staff over the last 6 weeks and I actually feel intimidated to call.

ALL DAY CANT GET THROUGH ON PHONE FOR MY SON, YET WIFE BEEN IN THERE NO PATIENTS AT ALL - ALL SAT AROUND CHATTING DRINKING TEA NO WONDER ITS IN SUCH A STATE & NOONE CAN GET THROUGH OR BOOK APPOINTMENT. BEEN CALLER NUMBER 6 FOR NEARLY 1 HOUR HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE WHEN ALL SAT THERE DOING NOTHING AT ALL AND PEOPLE RING FOR AN APPOINTMENT NOT HOURS THERAPY SESSIONS AND A CHIN WAG. COVID WAS THE EXCUSE FOR THIS NOW NO EXCUSES AND GETTING WORSE YOU ALL GOT TOO COSY DOING NOTHING NOW RUINED THE NHS EVEN MORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR ALSO.THIS IS ALSO THE REASON THE HOSPITALS/AMBULANCES CANT COPE DUE TO PATHETIC STAFF AT SURGERIES YOU GIVE EVERYONE NO HELP OR OPTION BUT TO GO TO HOSPITAL.finally get through 1.5 hours cant help apparently all full and busy its serious and said ring back tomorrow morning or go hospital this is why the system is a joke. Cant give antibiotics which is all thats needed rather us go hospital 8 hr wait to get a prescription this world has gone mad.
