        The receptionist was so rude over the phone. Very unhelpful and no empathy whatsoever.

        I had a nightmare with ordering the prescription in time for bank holidays, contacted using the online forum and it completely messed everything up. I had wasted journeys to the pharmacy as I was told that the GP would deal with our enquiries. In the end, I called the practice and spoke to Deborah, I finally felt like I was getting somewhere. Deborah contacted the duty doctor and expressed the urgency. Even got a response whilst I will still on the phone to her. She was calm, extremely helpful, and understood what needed to happen, explained procedures and made sure it was treated with priority.
