Queuing at the pharmacy is ridiculous! 25 min wait, then on finally getting to the counter I was told to come back in an hour as the pharmacist was going on lunch. Went the next day as I need to get to work, to be met with an hour long queue. Needs more staff to cope with demand?!

Poor service and long queues at pharmacy and yesterday I went to collect A medication and the sales assistant at the desk gave information about medication without asking pharmacist Good job I always read leaflet included

There's no dedicated staff for the behind counter non-prescription meds, so you invariably have to join a 15-20min prescriptions queue just for basic items (and let the dozen people around you hear the details). Why would anyone bother when they can just get it on Amazon? The section doesn't open until 0930. Even then, the staff don't actually open up until 0940. Finally the product was almost double the price as elsewhere.
