        Please AVOID as the whole experience was so upsetting and stressful. The store recommended a fitter for the flooring they supply -Dave of DB flooring.. I trusted the recommendation of the store and paid a deposit to Dave on 26th December. In late March he refused to fit the flooring after I challenged the delay and his lack of communication to me. He refused to return my full money claiming it has cost him to return the flooring. When I reached out to the store they refused to help me and defended the fitter despite recommending him and being fully aware he had stolen money from me

        Visited this store with my wife on Saturday, around 3pm, only one sales advisor in sight so we waited for the customer they were dealing with to leave only to be ignored and a couple that came in after us were approached immediately. we left and placed our 1500 ordered with a local competitor

        We have just purchased laminate off of Mike in the Cheltenham branch. The flooring choice and shop layout are both absolutely lovely and we found the flooring we wanted with ease - a much different experience to other places we have been! Mike was wonderful - very knowledgable and helpful, thank you so much!

        Awful ongoing experience. After a In shop sales representative (who now surprising is no longer there) advised us the wrong amount of packs to order after taking our measurements. Even after tell him we had a quote for the right amount but he could cut the price. (Recorded phone call but clearly doesnt matter apparently) Now we are left 4 packs short to finishing our new kitchen renovation with a floor which they have now discontinued. You cant even speak to anyone over the phone as they keep referring to their customer services team who only operate via online chat or reply sporadically to emails. Would advise avoiding at all costs. Has made an exciting experience so stressful caused so much unneeded costs!
