        Why are the staff on reception so unhelpful?

        Saw a man, who was disabled, and was going in for a check up and the receptionists started to mock him. His hair, his clothes. his skin. It was extremely disgusting to see. The wait times is appalling and once waited an hour and 45 minutes past the appointment time to have an injection that took 5 minutes. If I could rate it less, I would.

        Receptionists are rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful, dishonest and Im truly surprised they are allowed to work there. You dont fine this at private drs surgery but you do here. New staff required.

        Trying to call to confirm an appointment after they sent my first letter out to the wrong address and failed to send the 2nd letter out to my current address and the phone is constantly disconnected.
