Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Cheltenham Central

Visited to pick up a car - Never again. On entering the scruffy office, I was faced with the manager Leah, and another couple of them...The guy was stuffing his mouth full of chocolate eggs, so much so that when the phone rang he said ' oh ', Leah and the other one had big bunny ears on, mouths full of chocolate cake, and all round their faces, when I complained I was told to ' you miserable old cow '. The car that was being hired to me was filthy with dents, when I complained I was told to ' clean it yourself '. Things got worse when I rejected the car and walked out, as I was driving away in my car Leah came forward shouting a load of abuse, and asking if I ' wanna have a van ', the other two came out finger gesturing and shouting ' ', at that they were having a pizza delivered, this all happening at 10am...So disgusted I complained to the area manager Luke Copping, he stated that it was there policy for the staff to have fun, and there was nothing wrong with their appalling behaviour. I escalated the complaint higher up to a person called Abigail, she also could see no wrong in their behaviour...And so obviously the whole lot of them are utter low life scum...Luckily Lexus kindly stepped in and lent me a car whilst my own Lexus got sorted...What an awful experience....Footnote / I have now received an automated message to my review, asking me to get in touch with Customer Care, what a joke, the very same people that could see no wrong in this behaviour...The lot of them need sacking..Absolutely Appalling.

I've been hiring cars for years and especially the last 6 months for work. Most car hire firms I feel like are out to rip me off but not enterprise Cheltenham. They're and their customer service is impeccable, they go above and beyond, even once dropping me to the train station as it was raining. Would highly recommend

Finally had enough of the incompetence of Enterprise in Cheltenham. We have been a loyal customer for 9 years but the service over the last 2 has become terrible. Some examples Rented a Van to us with back doors that did not open, said when challenged just use the side door! Ordered a Luton tail lift van substituted forA small caddy van without telling us and no alternative. Booked a rental for 11 a.m. in the morning to do a London trip time sensitive. No van had to wait 4 hours. Finally mission critical rental today for Luton van have to be in London for 1pm booked for 10 am received a call at 9 a.m. no van available even though they accepted the booking yesterday. Lost 1000 job as a result, they offered no solution no apology and did not give a dam. 4 years ago they were good now you cannot rely on them ever to honour their side of the contract. They even sent a van out with 10 miles left on the ad blue warning with one our less experienced drivers who was off on a long trip and would have been stranded if I had not noticed the warning before she left. Premium priced bad service bad attitude. We used to spend 29k per annum and more before pandemic. We are off to the local family run business that we found who could not do enough to help. AVOID Enterprise if you have any plans or deadlines you wit be disappointed!!
