        Offering a 3bed house for rent with of road parking for two car when the house does not have a driveway the only parking is on the road a gravel front does not count lass you have a dropped kerb come on get you act together

        Just exchanged on a property after a long journey of various chains and complications. Could not have felt more reassured than working with Phil from EO, went above and beyond to bring the chain together when, for reasons outside his control, it had collapsed. Phil worked hard to find us the right property, then found us a buyer for our flat, then another buyer! Very personable and friendly, inspires confidence in the process, always available to speak to (even outside of working hours!) and would 100% recommend to all.

        Disappointing! When moving out, they try their best to charge you for anything and everything. Also, when we moved in, the flat smelled like a wet dog.
