We recently completed on a purchase where Rebecca Hyde was the lead agent acting on behalf of the vendor. We found her to be friendly, prompt and professional at all times. She always picked up the phone/ returned calls promptly and was a great facilitator of the whole process, even during the tense stages towards the end. In particular, she was able to arrange follow up viewings at short notice and gave some useful tips on moving to Cheltenham. When I collected the keys from the office on completion, I found the other staff to be welcoming and friendly. Its a nice office in a good location. All in all, we were left with a very good impression of Charles Lear & Co and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again ourselves.

Dan at Charles Lear is a pleasure to work with. Dan is the agent on a property we are purchasing and has been relentless in ensuring that the chain has moved forward and that all parties have been kept fully up to date. Dan also has a great sense of humor for those days that don't go quite to plan! Highly recommended and we certainly will be using Charles Lear for property sales moving forward. UPDATE - Charles Lear have successfully sold my mothers house, with great market advice, tactics and remain in my opinion one of the best agents in Cheltenham.
