        Extremely unsupportive and unprofessional staff towards the client. Would never recommend anyone to leave their loving ones with them.

        There is a barrier and lack of communication between the staff i.e. service providers and management which then affects the client as things are not run accordingly, disrupting the clients routine. It was extremely difficult to get the company to find staff that would be best for the client and even then, the family had to teach/train the staff so that they could perform basic tasks to meet the needs of the client.

All staff are provided with full training and have the opportunity to progress within the company.
