I came into the store in the hopes of finding some forntnite toys however to my misfortune was informed by the very helpful retail assistant Shane that they unfortunately had removed most of their fortnite toys, please bring them back!

Awful service, bought a football rebounder from my youngest son to my oldest son for Xmas. The product is so poorly manufactured that it doesnt rebound the football enough to make it a useable product. Smyths say there is nothing wrong with it and wont refund it! 50 waisted on some thing that should even be in any shop for sale anywhere. Terrible quality and horrendous customer services

Got there at 5:15. Kid was really excited to buy a toy. At 5:57 (3mins before close) one of the employees comes to me to say the till has been down for 40 mins and its cash only???? Why wouldn't you tell us earlier so we don't waste time or go and get cash??? The most annoying thing was that she then said, we can hold the items and u can return tomorrow. No . . . How about you deliver them tomorrow . Poor from Smyths
