Please be aware that since September 2022 looks like Academy Sports has closed permanently. I would strongly recommend NOT ordering from their online shop either.

Placed an order over a month ago, said it would be 28 days and nothing. No one is returning my messages, answering my calls or no one at the shop when I turn up my son has been wanting this shorts and feel its poor communication when no one wants to keep you posted about whats going on with your order etc.

Appalling attitude and service. After not clearly listening to very simple instructions about my order and waiting weeks on end for a very poor (incorrect) sample, I was then promised a refund by the owner in writing over 7 weeks ago but still nothing has materialised. Plenty of emails sent and now no replies. I finally got a refund after threatening legal action. Simon the owner seems to always have an excuse or blames someone else for the situation. I have had a history of dealing with this company and trust me there have been so many excuses, but he doesn't take responsibility. My advice - STEER WELL CLEAR. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PAY HIM ANYTHING UPFRONT!

Made an order with them in November/December time. Havent heard from them since. Wont respond to emails or voicemails. Big No Giz for me

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered over 7 months ago and still havent received all of my order, emails ignored. Never experienced anything like this. Never left a review but so appalling is the service with this company I felt I had to warn others not to use. Threating legal action now.
