My Oris had been left in a drawer for months after I stupidly took apart the strap to clean it and lost a spring. It took the shop 10 minutes to replace the lost pin. Great service and the cost was minimal.

Absolutely ruined my collectable Seth Sunburst Clock. If you can not or do not have parts for the job do not just assume customer will be happy with anything. Mechanism was put in that made it impossible to change the battery without taking it apart. Small "knob" feature was removed from the middle of the face of the clock and made it not estheticly pleasant to look at. And been told that it was thrown away and irreplaceable. One hand was cracked as well. To top it off a dent was put in the middle of the face. My complaint was met with Absolute arrogance. Not only my clock wasn't fixed it was damaged beyond repair. "oh yeah, it was broken anyway" what I've been told.
