Ben is very passionate about his job coaching people, in my case, to make sure that I keep getting better after a serious injury, so I can cope better with the aftermaths of that injury. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he is always looking forward new ways to get better results. I would recommend him to anybody who would like to find an excellent coach.

I had a fairly serious hamstring injury. I worked with Ben for the last 4 months now and I have seen a huge improvement. Ben assessed my injury and gave me an exercise programme to follow. All the programme's exercises had You Tube video's included making it easy to complete them correctly. I really recommend Ben if you need some rehab treatment

After first meeting Ben in 2013, my ranking has gone from just outside the top 100 players in the world to a career high of #46. During this time my physical ability and durability has gone through the roof. He has been a crucial part of my coaching team throughout that period and has allowed me to push my body to the limits, allowing me to discover what I am capable of from a physical perspective. I'd highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to improve their physical ability and wanting to work with someone who is open minded and constantly looking to improve.

Ben possesses every quality youd want in a great coach. Hes bright, motivational, passionate, disciplined, and hungry to get better. More importantly, he instills these same qualities in the athletes and coaches he interacts with. Ive been fortunate enough to work closely with Ben for the last 4 years. Ben has shown intense dedication to training athletes while using the most advanced techniques in his field. His thirst for cutting edge training methods drives his knowledge base. He continually researches the most recent strength and agility techniques and applies them to the specific individuals that he trains. He accurately uses sport specific drills that promote performance enhancement and, more importantly, injury prevention. His broad knowledge base allows him to successfully train a multitude of athletes from all different sports with equal expertise and purpose. Since working with Ben, Ive seen all aspects of my fitness increase dramatically, especially my strength. Ben prepared me for life on the Professional Squash Tour, going above and beyond to create individualized training programs to help me improve my endurance, strength, power, explosively and agility - no doubt essential components to my rise from #500 to #42 in the World within my first two seasons on tour. My success would definitely not be possible without him. Ben has shown me how to work to the best of my ability and also built my self-confidence to believe in myself as an athlete. I look forward to every training session and the new challenges that they bring.
