Absolutely shocking experience, crazy expensive prices!!! , filthy dirty machines, floor and staff attitude completely overpriced unfortunately the workers cant decide if they speak english or not when you question youve lost money in their machine ., DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT Im back at soap and suds lower high street which ticks all the boxes

They've suddenly tripled their prices to an unreasonable level so it's not good value for money any more. I've been a regular customer for years but I won't be back until the prices are sensible again.

I went into the Laundry Room in Cheltenham again today, and I've noticed that the cost of using the machines have increased by 100%, that is a total diabolical increase, especially when you consider the washing machines don't throughly wash your cloths & the dryers don't throughly dry your items either, thankfully I've only ever used that dump to wash my work clothes, but overall its NOT a good shop at all, and now the management have the cheek to increase their prices by 100%, what a total joke. I definitely won't be using that place again, and I advise other customers to follow suit. There are other Laundrettes in Cheltenham like Soap & Suds on lower High Street that are considerably cheaper, and who can do a much better job. AVOID THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
