        We had the worst experience ever. We've been to a lot of charity shops in Cheltenham but this is by far the worst! The shopkeeper was really rude and she mistreated us. There is other customer inside the shop that she treated her way better than us. Not really sure why is this happening. I asked her nicely but she answered me rudely. We will not go to this charity shop ever again. And we will tell all our friends about this incident and we will advice them not to support this charity shop. As a customer this is not the way we should be treated.

        Such a great charity shop! Stumbled across it accidentally as I was driving past because I saw a window full of really great toys. Me and my 2 year old could have spent all day in there looking through the huge selection they have. Wish I was more prepared with some cash on me as they don't accept card payments.
