Any clues how to get back the 39 pounds?

Called this useless company company to enquire about the debit on my account. After sending me on a repetitive loop of press this and that, I finally got through to the call assistant who had the audacity to laugh when she told me the fraudulent partner company that took my money. All I can say is what goes around comes around and you'll only receive what you put out in this world.

Im not one usually to get scammed over the phone and feel so absolutely stupid for giving my card details to these scammers who called me pretending to be some lottery company stating I had won a few free lines and that 2 weeks later if I accept to 39 being taken out I could win thousands but if I didn't win anything in that calender month they stated they would reimburse the monthly payment of 39 (I knew it sounded too good to be true! And I even told the man that on the phone who completely reassured me everything was above order). I stated I would probably cancel after receiving my free lines and before the money is taken out of my account, he took my email address and said they will email me the information and on how to cancel ect but I never recieved anything and low and behold the money is due to be taken out tomorrow. I have cancelled it through my bank, but how this company is allowed to do such a thing is beyond me! Please keep away!
