I have needed the services of the Cheltenham Spine Clinic twice and on both occasions Mr Aylott was friendly, to the point and spot on professionally. I would not hesitate to go again should I need to.

9 months ago Mr Aylott performed an operation on my spine from which I have made a complete pain-free recovery. 3 months ago I accidentally fell onto my hands and knees whilst playing tennis. The only apparent damage was localised bruising but no damage to my back. A month later I began to feel unexplained pain in my my upper left leg and began to worry that i had in fact caused sme damage to my spine. With that thought I immediately made a one-stop appointment to see My Aylott. I explained the symptoms and had an M.R.I. scan of my span and an X-Ray to my lower abdomen. Much to my relief the scan revealed no damage to my spine and he was pleased to see the progress made by my recovery to the operation he had earlier performed. The X-Ray however presented a different story - severe left hip arthritis with bone-to-bone contact. My Aylott recommended a hip replacement by a local hip surgeon and so I returned home much relieved by the news on my spine and in search for the required hip surgeon.

I had been suffering with Sciatica for several months but in January my disc herniated so badly that I couldnt walk, stand or sit without extreme pain. I was taking a lot of strong medication and so I booked an appointment to see Caspar Aylott. It was the best thing I could have done-we discussed the scan results and explored the options thoroughly including risks v benefits and I opted for surgery as I was unable to work or do anything at all due to the pain. Mr Aylott performed a L5/S1 microdiscectomy and within a few hours I walked pain-free and unaided from the HSH. It really was miraculous and I was off my post op pain meds just a few days later. Six weeks on I have seen Mr Aylott in clinic for a follow up and I was delighted to be able to thank him for his care and expertise . I have zero pain and fantastic mobility and back to work as a teacher in a busy reception class. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Aylott to anyone suffering with back problems and my only wish is that I had acted sooner. I cant thank him and his team enough.

I had wonderful life changing experience, thanks to the Almighty God with whose blessings I came in contact with Mr. Caspar Aylott who besides being a successful surgeon is also gem of a person. He is a thorough professional and blessed with Midas touch. He is very intelligent with immaculate diagnostic skills. I was suffering from sciatica pain over 2 years and was unable to walk over 5 minutes. I had tried various treatments with no success. When I visited him first time, he diagnosed me like bulls eye. I was highly impressed with him as he came to precise conclusion on day one itself. He explained me very clearly what is the root cause and the remedy including the risks involved. He also advised me the rate of success in my case if I opt for surgery, which was the best option with long lasting cure. I was full of doubts and had several questions pertaining to surgery including risks involed, his experience and recovery time. He patiently answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On the same day I was able to take decision for the surgery. The key factors which helped me to take decision were .Confidence, knowledge, expertise and positivity of Mr. Aylott .The surgery would be of minimal invasive nature .I would be able to walk on my feet few hours after surgery and shall be discharged from the hospital same day after surgery .I shall not be bed ridden after surgery and rather I have to keep myself mobile and help myself with daily life routines. The interesting part is he kept his word .Amazing!! I could walk few hours after the surgery without sciatica pain, discharged from hospital and went back to my accommodation same day in taxi. I am recovering gradually without sciatica pain and looking forward to full recovery and resume my work. Me and my family are grateful to Mr. Aylott and pray to God to give him strength to keep on doing good work and help the mankind.
