Steve and the team have been absolutely fantastic, we engaged them to construct a Dormer on our 3 bed semi and take it to "shell" level so my husband and father in law can complete the rest. The whole team were lovely, even when we had unexpected issues with planning, Steve was a thorough going professional but so friendly and helpful too, he advised my husband on the best way to do things and made everything so stress free. We have 2 more projects to complete on this house and we will 100% be talking to Steve first! Highly recommended! SMC recently repainted the exterior of my house including some repairs to masonry. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the result. The team was reliable and friendly and the boss kept me informed of what was happening.
