        Where do I start? We are totally new to getting a mortgage and like everyone else, we want to have a good deal and tailored to our wants and needs.....and that is exactly what Fran did for us. Obviously there were frustrations along the line with the unstable financial market, but Fran kept on top of it and gave the necessary advice and kept us on track.
