        As a landlord I gave them 2 jobs. One was a easy boiler service, the other at a separate Gloucester property was a leak on a washing machine. They weren't keen to take on the leak for the washing machine & only wanted to do the boiler service. After 2 weeks they had only done the 1st job. I questioned why they hadn't done the 2nd & they said they were too busy & still couldn't give me a date & told me they would rather I took my business elsewhere. Pretty poor service....
