        Absolutely awful. No communication with clients. Times cut short. Didn't even let us know when they changed companies. 11 staff handed in their notice and they had to farm off clients to other companies. No one was informed of this and clients had strange people turn up at different times. Appalling lack of communication and lack of help for higher need clients. All they want to do is make a cup of tea and leave. Anything harder than that and they don't want you on their books!

        lovely but careless carers, all of the carers i get have one issue which is driving me mad, when they finish anything, cakes coffee etc they never tell me so i can shop for more, im sure its not something they doin their own household so why doit to theirclients.ive mentioned this to many carers with no joyso i hopethis ensures the message gets across
