James has given me my life back. 4 years ago I had a breast augmentation with another surgeon which resulted in me getting symmastia. I had little hope that it could be fixed before I met Mr McDiarmid. Not only has James fixed me but he did it in a supportive and empathic way from the first consultation to now (2 weeks post surgery). I couldnt recommend him more, I traveled from Wigan to Devon for the surgery and I can honestly say it was 1000% worth it. I cant thank this amazing man enough, I finally have my life back thanks to him.

Jenny has been my beauty therapist for about 18 months now and I must say she has changed my life. My skin has always been problematic but she has made my skin blemish free, healthy and glowing with frequent Environ facials. I had my wedding day last month and my skin was perfection (even after no sleep!) and didn't even break out the next day after wearing heavy make-up. This spa is my go-to when I want a break from it all and is something I look forward to every month. Jenny has educated me on how to be healthy and look after myself, she is without doubt the most talented and knowledgeable beauty therapist I have ever met and has become a friend of mine. Please go see her - you will not regret it!

James McDiarmid has performed breast augmentation for me less than a week ago and I feel great . I have had NO pain and very little soreness much to the amazement of the very kind and caring nurses . I am so pleased with the results and James was brilliant , cannot fault him at all . He was always available if I had any concerns ,as was his brilliant team of staff . The Nuffield hospital was a perfect choice and could not fault anything . Would not hesitate to go to James for any procedure in the future in fact would not consider any one else . Sue

I have just travelled from my home in Scotland for my first facial of the year with Jenny in the Escape Spa. What a wonderful experience, from Jenny's warm welcome to the amazing facial and massage, followed by a tutorial with the mineral cosmetics. I felt truly glowing when I left and my brother and sister in law both commented (separately) on how lovely my skin looked! The facial is deep and really makes a difference and in between my quarterly visits I have promised to keep using the Environ products to keep up the good work done by Jenny. I really enjoyed learning about the mineral cosmetics, Jenny is passionate and knowledgeable but there is no hard sell which I really appreciate - needless to say I bought a product and with each visit South I will add a little something! Thank you.
