1 Start is being generous! I called and booked PRP for hair loss was told I needed a consultation. I paid for the consultation which was cancelled the following day as the lady I spoke to called back to say she made a mistake. Prp was booked the following week and due to lack of information I wasnt told you cannot dye your hair a month before I dyed it and tried to rearrange. To my Horror I was called back by the SAME lady who was quick to cancel my appointment as she made a mistake - she told me I cannot reschedule as I will be charged! This company behave like co artists in my opinion as I should be refunded for my consultation fee as I didnt happen ( and it wasnt my fault!) instead I was told I cannot have it back. Its a real shame as I would have happily took my custom here consistently until my hair grew back. Due to Miss information im at a financial loss. UNACCEPTABLE!

BEWARE this company done some injections for my fiance. It wasnt done correctly as it didnt do anything for the face. Caused redness and swelling for 2-3 weeks. I have now contacted the company in order to provide the invoice for the treatment given and for some reason they dont have any records. Which a professional business should keep records for any treatment done to patients. I would advise to stay away from this place and go with someone who knows what they have given to patients. 1* the company is clearly trying to avoid giving invoice as we had a complaint . This is from last year and no reason why they should have records still from this time. !!!!
