Kwik Fit - Cheltenham - Albion Street

Dropped my car off because it was making an awful rattling noise. They diagnosed it and because it was a simple matter of securing something loose, did not charge a penny. An excellent service, continuing on from all the excellent service we have received previously. Will continue to use them as our regular garage.

Pot-hole damage resulted in 2 tyres needing replacement. Kwik Fit had tyres in stock (albeit not the existing brand), and fitted promptly so we could continue our journey. Many thanks!

Very pleased with helpful chaps at Kwik Fit Albion Street as I went there late in the day as been very busy at work nearby, with my wheel with a nail in my tyre. My colleague had put spare wheel on for me to get home. The Kwik Fit team were happy to help and made me feel welcome even though they were tired from a full on day as well! They had it ready fixed for collection the next day and did a good tidy job fixing the hole at minimal cost. Thank you!

Contacted this branch at short notice as I'd finished work to find a flat tyre due to a screw. Steve was absolutely amazing he said they would squeeze me in and told me to pop round and they would take a look at it for me. He took great care of my car and pulled my car in almost immediately. Within 20-30 minutes they had looked at and repaired my tyre for me, saving me from having to replace my tyre (which is over 200). The customer service was phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for more. He kept me appraised of what they were doing throughout and checked in to make sure I was happy with what they doing. Being a woman I often worry about taking my car to the garage and usually ask my husband to do it for me (I know nothing about cars). These guys were perfect, they were happy to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease. This is really important to me as it's one of the first places I've taken my own car and felt completely at ease. I felt that I could trust what they were telling me and to look after both me and the car! I would highly recommended this branch and will definitely be using them again in the future.
