        Great friendly service from Alan and his fitters Sean & Brandon. We wanted a new multifuel stove fitted in place of our original fireplace as well as a new fire surround. This involved removing a very substantial 1961 tiled fire surround and hearth, opening up the chimney breast and fitting a new lintel, hearth, stove with flue liner etc., Recoheat unit and new stone fire surround, with plastering around to make good. Alan knew exactly what was needed and explained everything clearly. He supplied the stove, hearth, flue liner, cowl etc. whilst I found a stone fire surround and supplied the Recoheat. The work took two and a bit days at the end of which our living room was transformed and is now so much more inviting (and warm.) Alan told me he had over 40 years in the business, which was obvious from his vast depth of knowledge. Highly recommended.
