It seemed to go ok to begin with but have recieved awful customer service since having the fire fitted...once they have your money they couldnt careless about you.
Not long after having our chimney fitted the top of the chimney BLEW OFF in the wind!! Asked for them to come and fix it....They blamed us for this happening & over a year later have not heard anything from them since and are having to get fixed elsewhere.
