        Absolute shambles! took days off work to go to practice to register. 3 times - unsuccessful! the first time was greeted by a rude incompetent receptionist, who did tell me i can register with them when i return my forms. Then I returned to give them the forms - the practice was closed in the middle of the day and then after knocking i was told i have to go to another side of a town to give my forms in, as i can't register here! Useless staff, waste of time.

        Disgusting having to wait over 40minites on the phone, i dont believe they are that busy! Just rude. As when you go in they dont appear to look that busy,sitting at their desks.
