Lovely friendly Reception staff that go above and beyond to help Patients. I always have a positive experience with Overton. Drs & Nurses are friendly and really listen to you. If you need an Emergency appointment Reception are very quick to get you seen and Helpful. Cant fault Overton Enough! Keep up the hard work, you are all making a difference especially in the current climate around Primary Care!

This surgery has the usual issues with long wait times on the phone and for booking appointments, but I would like to highlight the kind and attentive service I've received from Evie on reception and Kate, the out-of-hours doctor, as well as other members of the medical team in the past. I also really rate how easy they make it to request repeat prescriptions. Be aware that telephone appointments are an open morning or afternoon slot and not the specific time you selected.

My son has been having a digestive issues for over 4 months and he was trying yo get some help from the surgery but they basically neglected his request. Now thanks yo them he is diagnosed with cancer at A&E where I took him into! I cant express my anger enough! Update: unfortunately my son passed in last August just at the age of 26 he had only less than 3 weeks from the diagnosis at A&E where I took him after a few months of being neglected by the medical professionals!
