We have a Vaillant boiler that's more than 25y old but despite this it's rated by c/h experts as one of the best (and most efficient) designs ever made. It is complex however and if it needs attention you need a real professional. Luke serviced it last year and this week, when for the first time in its life it stopped working, he came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and sorted it by fitting a new flue gas fan the next day. I recently bought a new house and cove plumbing and heating were recommended to me by a friend who had used them previously. The level of service that Ive received was second to none. They came out to give me a quotation, and I received the he quotation promptly and once I accepted their quote I was given a prompt date for the work to be carried out. The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Any future work I require in the future I will not hesitate to use this company again.
