        Customer services awful, kept being told my bed was on it way it wasnt left a mother and baby sleeping in the floor. Wont give me compensation and ignore all attempts to contact you! Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional!

        WHY ON EARTH DO YOU NOT PICK UP THE PHONE AND/OR HAVE A VOICEMAIL SERVICE- CHELTENHAM BRANCH- REALLY 80s FEEL AS IF THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE TECHNOLOGY BOOM- PICK UP THE PHONE- LETS START THERE

        If you ever want to actually get the bed delivered dont bother going to Bensons for Beds. Ordered in April - multiple delivery dates cancelled at short notice, still waiting in July. Multiple and conflicting excuses (which were not consistent) Order cancelled because I dont believe it would ever have arrived. The staff in store were knowledgeable and not pushy but thats no good if the product never actually arrives.

        Very helpful staff sorted us out with a bed that was just right, but unfortunately we had to cancel order as had 4 failed delivers
