        Great new shop worth having a look !!

        Last week, I visited the Cheltenham Crown Paint store for the first time. I was immediately struck by the. friendliness and knowledge from the shop assistant who advised me of the best paint for my needs. Also the most clean, tidy and we'll stocked shop ever. Thoroughly recommend a visit to a top quality paint shop.

        Poor experience. I made the order which hasn't arrived due to some broadband problems in Cheltenham branch (as I was told). I asked salesman in Cheltenham branch to cancel the order and send refund. One month later I visited that branch to get refund as I have not received my money back. People in branch were friendly but low skilled. As it turned out they didn't help anyone. I have been waiting 4 months to get money back. Only one option left - the small claims court.
