Great trial at F45 me and my sister loved it! Great workouts really professional coaches that will push you and motivate you! Great yoga, bathroom/ changing rooms are super clean Must try!!

Having been a member since 2021 I am well and truly an F45 convert. My overall strength and fitness is the best it has ever been, for which F45 can take full credit. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative way to train or is struggling with motivation in a regular gym. There are 2 coaches per session who are on hand to check your form and encourage you to lift heavier if you need the push. Each member has their own goals and fitness levels, but the community feel is so supportive and encouraging. Each session brings varied workouts with a brilliant range of equipment laid out prior to the workout, plus a demo of the exercises so you know what youre working towards. Finally there are challenges throughout the year with a tailored app to support your nutrition and fitness goals and a body scan to track progress throughout.

I have been going to the gym for the last 30 years and always saw it as an obligation. Since joining F45 in 2022 I actually look forward to it and miss it when I don't go!

Ive been an F45 member a little while now and I can honestly say now Im addicted. Who knew fitness could be fun!? F45 Cheltenham has the best community and support network, especially for those just starting out in fitness. The push I get from not only the coaches but my fellow members is incredible, and the growth Ive seen in my own fitness in a short time is unbelievable. I could not recommend this place enough! Bec and the team are just the best!
