Carlain Student Houses

Me and my partner have lived at a couple of Carlains properties over 4 years. We messaged them once we had left University looking for a one bedroom property after we had previously lived in an 7 bedroom house with others and they were so accommodating. We would definitely recommend Carlain to both students and professionals! Big shout out to Steve and Andy for everything they have done for us!

I would like to thank the team at Carlain for having me with you for such a long time. Its been a pleasure living at 31GR and I will miss it. And a big thank you for introducing me to so many lovely housemates which are now lifelong friends.

I lived in Carlain property for 3 years and found it to be the most professionally-managed place I've rented in London. Carlain-managed property is well maintained and Nick + team are responsive when there's issues that need attention, whether it be clogged drains, electrical issues or unwelcome rodent pests. Would highly recommend!

No problems whilst living in the student housing but if there was, the team were helpful and sorted anything out. Requested a reference recently for another property and they arranged very quickly! Nick was particularly helpful

I rented with Carlain for 2 years in Oxford and had a great experience. Nick and the rest of the Carlain team have been really helpful. They were friendly and easy to reach if I had any questions or problems with the house, and any issues were dealt with rapidly. I have already recommended them to other students!
