        Full of false promises that didn't happen. My nan was hoisted twice in 6 weeks in here causing her to become bed bound. Severely dehydrated on more than one occasion. No rush to change her when needed left her to lie in it and get cold. Staff are rude and do not listen when my opinion was voiced. Asked if nan could go on a soft food diet 2 weeks ago again said it would happen but never did. So my nan ended up refusing food becoming Weaker and weaker. In which we asked as a family to get a doctor out but they couldn't even do that in a hurry. Too late now my nan has passed away and they want to apologise. Keep your family away from here! They are Understaffed so they don't have the time to give nursing care. I will never forget this shame on you whittington house making us as a family feel we were wrong about nan when all along we were right about her being very poorly. This will be taken further.
