        Very bad service after using this store for many years and a lot of money spent, was very disappointed after my daughter bought me a tracksuit for Christmas but bought the wrong size that they refused me to change the size !!! Didnt want money back just a bigger size it had not been worn still had tags on so do not see the issue with changing for a bigger size , daughter had saved her money for this as she has only just got her first job !! So its clear today I will not be using this store again!!! So just a warning if you are going to use this store try items on in the shop before you buy as after you leave its impossible for an exchange !!!

        Manager was just being obstructive wouldnt change for Size bigger disappointed as have used Luke for years, Well, not anymore

        Expensive but poor quality for money and poor aftercare service. Make sure if your purchase is faulty it's within the first 28 days or they won't do anything about it !! Poor customer service will never use again
