Having relocated to Cheltenham and buying a house which needed work; I found Ross (red hot roofing) online. He came to the property very quickly, to assess the jobs I needed completing. He fitted me in amongst his other appointments. He always kept me updated at the end of each day. He always arrived promptly. He is a very pleasant, friendly and professional person. The work is completed to a very high standard. He has been so good, I have used his services many times now and will continue to do so.

A Red Hot Let Down I called. An appointment was made for Thursday 27th. Received a text, not a call (!), to say he wasn't coming coupled with a request to reschedule. Wasn't best pleased but nevertheless made a second appointment. This resulted in a total 'no show'. This time without so much as a text message let alone an apology. Very disappointed with such poor customer service and lack of good manners. 4th March Sorry to read you were unwell on Friday 28th. Shame you didn't keep the appointment we arranged for Thursday 27th which would have been better cancelled with a conversation rather than a text. Hope you are now fully recovered.

Called Ross from Red hot roofing as I had a leaking roof, came the same day to inspect and fitted the work in really quickly before the next rain came. He did a brilliant job and left the place of work neat and tidy. Thanks

I had an extension done a year ago and have had constant problems with the roof and guttering.When the roof finally started pouring with water through the ceiling I knew something had to be done ! I found Ross on my builder, he was prompt to get back to me and gave a thorough consultation Upon inspection. He was able to do the work quickly and I have to say it is a fantastic job .Not only is it a great job he left the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him .
